The hotel located in a down town near the supermarket, fast food shop and a few minutes to seaside. The hotel room is comfort ,fully equipment and good function
We could not fault the very courteous and helpful staff, the high standard of the room and it's facilities, the view from the balcony and the location. We had a lovely, comfortable and relaxing stay at Quest Napier. Perfect for a family reunion. Thank you
Staff really nice, fantastic location, reading room with real coffee machine fantastic!
The mattress needs either turning or new, we were in 111 and the lights from the carpark next door shone in room all night which was unfortunate. Probably need curtains instead to blocking.
the staff welcome, we were shown to our room, and the location.
the air conditioning unit was portable and didn't work well enough to combat the summer heat
Accomodation was excellent with everything you needed. Manager could not do enough for you and was extremely helpful. Four of us had a very enjoyable 3 nights in a 2 bed apartment.
Comfortable, clean room with excellent staff. Ideal location for visiting Napier's Art Deco buildings.
Good location , comfortable, well laid out and easy to find.Shops, food stores, restaurants, cinema, petrol station and the town are all minutes walk away so leave your car parked.
Internet has to be paid for.
The facilities and cleanliness of the room were very good.
You couldnt cook anything like bacon or a steak on the cooker without setting off the fire alarm in the hotel. Given our room came with a full kitchenm this needs to be sorted.
The 2 inter connecting self contained rooms made it comfortable for 5 women to all be together but not be living on top of each other. The sunny deck made it most pleasurable to sit in the afternoon for wine and crackers. It is so close to all the shops so we didn't need to hire a car.We had a great time.
good quality room and nice fixings/fittings, close to town
two items required maintenance, only small issues though. Initially one front of house staff did not appear too bothered to see us on our arrival
The service was excellent and the relation between quality/price also was excellent. It's ana excellent hotels chain
Clinton at reception was excellent.
The room was modern with a good use of space. We stayed in a studio which was fairly large, better than the 1 bed apartment our friend was in and he paid more for it. Good value for money overall. Only downside, not vaccumed everyday, altho bed, towels etc done and very close to a Church that loves their loudspeaker. Overall a good experience. Thanks Quest.
Great staff, fantastic location and fresh clean facilities.
The tv was so small and the electronics where a cheep budget brand not in keeping with the quality of the hotel in general. By far the worst thing was the design of the bathroom, specifically the location of the WC. The designer should be shot, the room was spacious but the WC was pushed hard up against the wall that it was ridiculous.
Beautiful building and apartments in a fabulous central location. 5 minute walk to the beach and in the hub of the centre of Napier. Wonderful property, friendly service and very quiet in apartment.
